MSMF Program Gary Chropuvka Scholarship Award

How to Apply

The Gary Chropuvka Mathematical Finance Master's Program (MSMF Program) Scholarship Award was established in 2011 by Gary Chropuvka, Managing Director, Goldman Sachs. It provides $10, 000 a year for five years to the Rutgers MSMF program to help domestic and permanent resident graduate students with demonstrated financial need. Students already in the MSMF program must also be in good academic standing. Students must apply for this award by October 30 each year. The Mathematical Finance Master's Program Director selects students for this award in the Spring. This award decision is final.

To apply for this award, domestic and permanent resident students must :

  1. Complete a US government FAFSA form (www.fafsa.ed.gov) to document their financial need.
  2.   document Complete a Gary Chropuvka MSMF Scholarship Award application (123 KB)  (doc) in the forms section of the MSMF home page (in the left hand column). They should then send this form to Ana Mastrogiovanni, This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., by October 30 to be considered for this award. They will be notified in the Spring of the award decision. The money will be used for their Spring tuition.

Students receiving this award are expected to thank the donor for this award and to attend an MSMF event in the Spring to be recognized for this award.
